Q. What is the approval requirement of LeaseVille No Credit Needed option?
A. Approvals are based on (but not limited to) your income and checking account activity. Basic requirements are
- Must be 18 years old or older
- SSN required
- Debit or credit card required
- Checking account with routing number
Q. What's the process?
- First check your estimated lease limit that you may qualify for using your monthly gross income amount
- Find the item(s) that fits your limit, add to your cart and proceed to checkout
- At the end of the checkout, please complete & submit the online application
- Once your account is approved, you will receive the Lease Agreement via email
- Review and E-Sign your Lease Agreement
Q. How long do I have to complete my order before my approval expires?
A. Your lease approval is valid for 90 days. Within this time frame, you can simply log onto our site and sign into your account and complete your order. If it takes you more than 90 days to complete your lease transaction, you will have to submit another application.
A. Unfortunately, we do not accept co-applicants at this time.
Q. How long can I pay for my product(s)?
A. The length of the lease is 12 months unless you decide to take advantage of our early payoff options.
A. With our early payoff options, the sooner you pay off the lease, the more money you would save

- Early Payoff Option after 90 days: Payoff after 90 days is determined by individual state law.
A. Your payments will be auto-deducted from the checking account you provide at the time of the application. Your payments will come out based on your pay frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly). This information will be communicated to you on your Lease Agreement.
A. Your initial payment is required prior to the shipment of your order.
Q. Are your products new or refurbished?
A. All of our products are brand new, factory sealed.
A. Delivery agents will unload and place your items in the room of your choice. White glove delivery service generally includes 15 minutes of unpacking, removal/disposal of packing materials and transporting your item(s) up or down a maximum of two flights of stairs.
A. Most TVs with a screen size of 26” or greater are delivered via White Glove Delivery. Most other products are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Once your item(s) ship, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Unfortunately, we do not ship large items to Alaska or Hawaii.
A. Delivery times are scheduled between the hours of 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday and will be scheduled as a 2-hour window. Upon delivery, please inspect the item(s) carefully. If you notice any damage of the product, please note on the Proof of Delivery receipt, refuse delivery and contact us immediately
A. Once you E-Sign your Lease Agreement, one of our dedicated agents will contact you to confirm your order information. Once that step is complete, your order will ship within 1-3 business days. Freight items, such as TVs, Fitness Equipment and Large Appliances may take an extra 2-3 business days to ship.
A. We ship to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we cannot ship large items such as TVs, Fitness, Major Appliances to Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow 3-5 business days for the shipment of your product(s).
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. You can cancel your order anytime before the shipment of your order. After delivery, if you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it within 15 days of receiving it. Simply give us a call at 310-231-6838 (Direct) or 888-428-5520 (Toll Free) or send an email to [email protected] Please note, the following items are non-returnable: opened software and large items such as fitness equipment, major appliances, furniture, TVs larger than 42-inches, riding lawn mowers, mattresses and other large items that ship via Freight.

Q. Is my personal information safe?
A. Yes! Transactions on this site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption. On-line merchants are now required to demonstrate that they comply with the highest levels of payment information security to process secure monetary transactions. We employ these same standards on all recurring transactions as well, so all of your personal information is safe. We also take ID Theft & Fraud very seriously. Our advanced Fraud Detection technology will screen all orders prior to shipment to validate your identity. Additional documents may be required for verification purposes.
